Hi, my name is Khai Hammett, and I’m a professional video editor with experience across feature documentaries, advertising, political campaigns, and, most recently, as an Assistant Editor at Epic Games. Originally from North Carolina, I’ve had the opportunity to work in both Los Angeles and Boston, gaining a wide range of experience in post-production environments.
I’m passionate about all aspects of post-production and continuously expand my skill set through hands-on work and ongoing training, including courses from School of Motion.

Outside of editing, I’m a huge hockey fan and a devoted cat parent to three mischievous felines (let’s be honest—they’re probably the real stars of this page).

I also have a very particular set of skills, such as plugging in USB devices with my eyes closed, which is a must-have during power outages.

When I’m not cutting footage or managing timelines, I’m probably watching way too much horror. Or reading it. (Cosmic horror is my fave)
